At Satori Laser®, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our skincare products; however, due to the hygienic nature of our professional-grade items, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all laser hair removal packages and treatment services are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your product is unopened, in its original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the item and include the RA number inside the box to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package to our distribution center; once inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
